Overview
Best Buy Window Treatment, an Inc. 5000 company, is hiring Brand Ambassadors to staff our table onsite at our Costco partner locations. This role offers an opportunity to represent a brand, engage with customers, and build sales and marketing skills. The base pay range is provided below; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience:
Base pay range
$20,000.00/yr - $30,000.00/yr
What Will You Do As The Brand Ambassador
- Serve as the first point of contact with new customers at Costco partner locations.
- Set up and maintain in-store vendor and booth displays throughout the day.
- Educate potential customers about the products we offer and engage them to learn more.
- Qualify leads and arrange for a free in-home appointment with a Professional Designer (minimum of 4-5 per day).
- Gather client information and use iPads to book appointments on the spot.
Requirements
- A Go-Getter who is sociable and can interact with every customer with a smile.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficient at listening and understanding customer needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Growth-oriented and eager to learn.
- Professional in delivering outstanding customer service.
Basic Qualifications
- One year of sales or customer service experience.
- Experience at a trade show, event, or sponsorship table is preferred.
- Ability to work on a tablet or iPad; training provided.
- Available to work 11am - 6pm, three days per week, with at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday); both weekend days preferred.
- Able and willing to stand for several hours at a table.
