Overview

Best Buy Window Treatment, an Inc. 5000 company, is hiring Brand Ambassadors to staff our table onsite at our Costco partner locations. This role offers an opportunity to represent a brand, engage with customers, and build sales and marketing skills. The base pay range is provided below; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience:

$20,000.00/yr - $30,000.00/yr

What Will You Do As The Brand Ambassador

• Serve as the first point of contact with new customers at Costco partner locations.
• Set up and maintain in-store vendor and booth displays throughout the day.
• Educate potential customers about the products we offer and engage them to learn more.
• Qualify leads and arrange for a free in-home appointment with a Professional Designer (minimum of 4-5 per day).
• Gather client information and use iPads to book appointments on the spot.

Requirements

• A Go-Getter who is sociable and can interact with every customer with a smile.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficient at listening and understanding customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth-oriented and eager to learn.
• Professional in delivering outstanding customer service.

Basic Qualifications

• One year of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience at a trade show, event, or sponsorship table is preferred.
• Ability to work on a tablet or iPad; training provided.
• Available to work 11am - 6pm, three days per week, with at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday); both weekend days preferred.
• Able and willing to stand for several hours at a table.
