• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and expense reports; verify purchase orders; and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and databases.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, management accounts, and other reports.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Payroll: Process and manage payroll functions and employee files.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounting department and other departments as needed.
• Auditing: Assist with month-end close processes and audits.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and help prepare and file tax documents.
