Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory management
* Provide excellent customer service to property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC maintenance

+ Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
+ Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
*Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
