Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Area Manager, you will oversee multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency, team development, and adherence to company standards. Key responsibilities include coaching leaders, optimizing performance, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and driving consistency in marketing efforts.

• Perform regular site visits to convey the corporate vision, inspire, motivate, coach leaders, and foster the development of team members.
• Conduct regular meetings with direct reports, actively coaching and overseeing their development and performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing company initiatives and offering feedback with actionable solutions.
• Guarantee operational efficiency at each site.
• Recruit, hire, and train site management personnel.
• Promptly and effectively address performance issues that impact operations.
• Ensure uniformity in marketing efforts across all sites.
• Ensure that all sites under your supervision meet safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to all company and industry regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Must have at least 5 years of progressively responsible management experience.
• In-depth understanding of car wash operations.
• Highly desirable: Experience in multi-unit management.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Be able to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
• Work on your feet for the entirety of a fast-paced shift, indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
