Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Audiovisual Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex AV integration projects from kickoff through completion. This role manages timelines, budgets, client communication, and on-site coordination. Ideal candidates have strong technical understanding of AV systems and proven experience leading installation teams. Up to 50% travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of AV integration projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met
• Serve as the primary client contact; provide regular project updates and manage scope changes
• Coordinate engineering, installation, and operations teams to keep projects on track
• Conduct site visits to oversee installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards
• Manage project budgets, documentation, change orders, and reporting
• Lead project meetings and maintain organized communication with internal and external teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AV integration, low-voltage construction, or event production
• Strong technical understanding of AV systems (Q-SYS, Crestron, BSS, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ProjX360, MS Project)
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 50%
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and support on-site installation activities when required
