Job Title: Painter

• 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm + OT

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced painter with over four years of experience in automotive painting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sealing seams, preparing units, and performing tasks such as sanding, polishing, and scuffing areas on vehicles to address paint defects. Additional duties include masking, taping for paint preparation, and performing light bodywork. Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Seal all seams and prepare products for painting.
• Sand, polish, and scuff vehicle areas to correct paint defects.
• Mask and tape vehicles for paint preparation.
• Perform light bodywork as needed.
• Utilize experience in automotive painting to ensure quality results.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of four years of experience in automotive painting.
• Proficiency in sealing seams and preparing products for painting.
• Ability to sand, polish, and scuff areas to address paint defects.
• Experience in masking and taping for paint preparation.
• Capability to perform light bodywork.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive painting specifically.
• Preferred bilingual ability in Spanish for communication with diverse teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
