Description: Person who prepares espresso-based coffee drinks and all drinks/food on the menu

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

$11/hour with potential for $14/hour with cash and credit tips

• Greet and connect with each customer
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate customers on our products
• Take orders and process payment in a timely manner
• Manage cash drawer by following established cash handling procedures
• Serve all customer orders according to Scooter’s recipe
• Maintain efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain store
• Work as a team and communicate with all staff members

You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter’s Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.
