Job Description Job Description PrideNow is hiring an Order Selector for one of our Food Distribution clients located in Piscataway, NJ . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term career potential. Pay Range: $17/hr Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Job Summary As an Order Selector , you will play a vital role in daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and prepared for production. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will support production teams, maintain inventory accuracy, and help keep the warehouse organized and compliant with safety standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage and track inventory with real-time accuracy. Collaborate with packaging and production teams to ensure materials are available as needed. Perform weekly cycle counts using RF/mobile scan devices . Document, report, and resolve any discrepancies found within the inventory system. Assist with replenishing stock throughout the warehouse. Move pallets to staging areas and ensure proper inventory placement. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all warehouse procedures, including proper stacking, labeling, and documentation. Support team workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong multitasking and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends or nights if needed. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required. Education & Experience High School Diploma required. WMS experience with RF scanner required. Previous experience in order selecting, stock replenishment, or warehouse/distribution operations preferred.
