What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage third-party billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate billing of medical and NCPDP claims
• Identify and resolve root causes of billing rejections to maximize reimbursement
• Process home infusion and nursing claims, including rejections and appeals
• Meet quality assurance and productivity levels as defined by management
• Maintain accurate records and identify patient and insurance changes

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of medical billing practices, including ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to perform simple mathematical calculations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Collections or medical billing experience with an understanding of Medicare billing requirements
• Knowledge of home infusion and insurance policies
• Familiarity with HCN 360 and/or CPR+ systems
• Strong customer service background and problem-solving skills
