Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper &
Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This dual-role
position is perfect for someone who’s comfortable managing finances and also
enjoys general office management and supporting a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain
    accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Handle
    accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare
    monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Process
    payroll and manage employee expense reports
  • Work
    with our accountant for tax preparation and annual filings

Administrative Support:

  • Manage
    office operations
  • Handle
    incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Order
    office supplies and manage vendor relationships
  • Support
    special projects and other administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s
    or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Experience
    in [industry, if relevant — e.g., non-profits, small businesses, etc.]

Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Qualifications:

    experience as a bookkeeper and/or administrative assistant
  • Proficiency
    in QuickBook and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Strong
    organizational and multitasking skills

    level of integrity and confidentiality
