Dedicated Flatbed Truck Driver

Average Pay: $1,475-$1,800 weekly

Home Time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders

Join our team to haul custom wood moldings using Conestoga flatbed and curtain side trailers. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking a reliable and rewarding position!

• Enjoy a no-touch loading/unloading experience, with the exception of strapping down freight.
• Complete 2-3 loads per week, which can include 5-19 stop-offs per load.
• Operate primarily within Oregon and Washington.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Receive mileage pay alongside hourly pay while on duty, even when not driving.
• Earn additional weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly installments in your first year.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid over 12 monthly installments in your first year.
• Participate in a paid orientation program.
• Accumulate paid time off after 6 months, plus earn 6 days of holiday pay each year.
• Receive an annual bonus of up to 2% of your gross pay each year.

Qualifications:

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
• Must reside within 70 miles of Sumner, WA.
