Caregiver / CNA / HHA – Long-Term In-Home Care
Pay: $17–$21/hour + Referral Bonus
Location: Upper Marlboro, Waldorf, Brandywine, White Plains, Laurel, Bowie, Beltsville & surrounding areas
A Personal Touch Care is a nurse-owned, licensed home care agency (not a staffing company). We partner with families who want consistent, long-term caregivers to support seniors safely at home. Our caregivers are valued team members — not temporary placements.

What You’ll Do
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
Provide companionship and mobility support
Prepare meals & light housekeeping
Accompany clients to appointments or errands
Document daily activities & report health changes
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of hands-on caregiving experience (private duty, agency, or facility)
Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
Must pass employment verification, reference check, and Maryland state background check (paid upfront by applicant and reimbursed)
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English fluently
Preferred Qualifications
CNA, GNA, or HHA certification
Alzheimer’s/dementia care experience
Ability to work independently & alongside healthcare professionals
