Position Overview

We’re looking for a CNC Machinist who can take ownership of projects from setup to inspection. You’ll work directly with the founder and small team to produce high-quality prototype and low-volume production parts.

This is a hands-on role with real impact — your input will shape our workflows, quality standards, and company culture as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program (at the machine or CAM), and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T drawings.
• Inspect and verify dimensions using precision measuring tools.
• Optimize toolpaths, feeds/speeds, and setups for efficiency and finish.
• Collaborate on process improvements, fixturing, and workflow standardization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist (setup, operation, and light programming).
• Strong understanding of G-code, tool selection, and work offsets.
• Experience with Mastercam, or similar CAM software preferred.
• Comfortable with both prototyping and short-run production.
• Passion for precision, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
