Candidates must have training or relevant experience as a stenographic court reporter. We serve nationwide, with in-person hearings in Buffalo, NY, and nearby areas. Remote work is also available. General Requirements: Must provide NCRA, NVRA, NYSCRA Certification Credentials OR proof of completion of an accredited court reporting program. Legally eligible to work in the US. High professionalism and ability to meet deadlines. High-speed internet connection. Reliable transportation. Current U.S. bank account for payments. Compensation & Onboarding: You will be an independent contractor paid per project/assignment. Compensation includes: Daily appearance fee Transcription fees Reimbursed travel expenses, if applicable Weekly direct deposit payments Onboarding involves paperwork and system training.
