• Shift Schedule:
• Fac 1: 8s & 10s; some 12s & 16s - 20 shifts/month; will consider 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off
• Fac 2: 8-hour shifts (7a3p) or 10-hour shifts (7a5p) - Occasional 12s16s when available - 14 shifts/month up to full-time
• Fac 3 & 4: Mon-Fri; 10-hr shifts - Minimum of 3 shifts/week
• Fac 5: Mon-Fri; 10s & 12-hr shifts - 20 shifts/month; Occasional nights or weekends
• Fac 6: 4 (10) or 5 (8) hr shifts - 1220 shifts/month preferred
• Fac 7: Mon-Fri; Until 7p - 8s, 10s, and 12s
• Fac 8: 8s or 10-hr shifts; starts @ 630a - 3 shifts/week

• Fac 7: 25 cases per day
• Fac 8: 65 cases (day); 2 cases (night) - 350 cases (per week); 18,000 cases (annually)

• Fac 3: Robotics, general and colorectal surgery, gynecology, urology, plastics, orthopedics
• Fac 4 & 8: Cardiac/Open heart (CABG), EP lab, TAVR, Watchman, complex neuro, complex thoracic, complex ENT, robotics, major vascular, general/colorectal, IR/CT/bronch, gynecology, urology, plastics, orthopedics, GI
• Fac 5: Total joints, bariatric, robotic, spine, urology, plastics, ENT, endoscopy, occasional IR or brachytherapy
• Fac 6: General surgery, OB, cardiac (EP), neuro, thoracic, trauma, vascular, ortho, ENT, IR/CT/bronch, plastics, urology, GI, robotics
• Fac 7: - OP: Bread & Butter - IP: ICU Intubations

• Fac 1: Spinal & Blocks
• Fac 2: General anesthesia cases, Lines, epidurals, and spinals, Respond to emergency C-sections
• Fac 3 & 4: All General CRNA duties
• Fac 5: General CRNA duties in surgical and procedural anesthesia,
• Fac 6: All core CRNA functions, EP Cases
• Fac 7: Spinals, Airway, MAC, GA

• Fac 5: Anesthesia workstations, OR and ENDO setup

• Fac 1: ORs, Hybrid Room, 2 Endoscopy,Bronchoscopy Suite, EP Lab
• Fac 2: 20 ORs, 3 L&D ORs, 2 EP ORs, 1 GI lab, 1 TEE/CV lab, 1 MRI location, 2 IR
• Fac 3: Standard OR
• Fac 4: Standard OR anesthesia equipment & robotics-compatible ORs
• Fac 7: 7 ( OR Main); 3 (OR surgery center)
• Fac 8: EP Lab

• Other Info: Fac 7 - 100% medical supervision - Will assist in covering L&D for C/S and placing spinals
