Full-time Custodial position, 3:00PM-11:00PM (32-40 hours/week)

In this 3:00–11:00pm shift, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and professionalism of our corporate office and ancillary companies.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall upkeep of our facility—ensuring it remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all. Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors using industrial cleaning equipment and techniques, including mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces in common areas. Clean dishes left in sinks and let them dry on the counter or return them to shelves.
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the building; collect and properly dispose of cardboard.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or necessary repairs.
• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and safe for occupants. Let your supervisor know if any areas are left in an unacceptable condition on a given day.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Occasionally assist with special events and projects as requested.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

• Experience in custodial or housekeeping roles.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance and upkeep.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Must be highly dependable and trustworthy.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
