We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will provide vital support for meetings, ensuring seamless coordination for both in-person and remote participants. This position requires strong organizational skills and expertise in communication tools.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate meetings by managing logistics for both remote and in-person attendees.
• Provide comprehensive support during meetings, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare and set up the meeting environment, including boardroom spaces.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams to coordinate virtual meeting activities effectively.
• Create and edit PowerPoint presentations to support meeting objectives.
• Respond to inquiries and provide assistance through inbound and outbound calls.
• Handle order entry and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
• Deliver exceptional service in a call center environment, addressing customer needs promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of events and conferences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or logistical issues during meetings.• Proven experience in customer service roles, including call center or similar environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to create well-structured and detailed presentations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for virtual meeting coordination.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain organized under pressure.
• Experience in order entry and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Technical competency to troubleshoot basic issues during meetings.
• Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
