About the Role We are seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead and expand our partner network strategy. This leader will be responsible for building a high-performing sourcing team, optimizing partnerships, and ensuring resources are aligned with our growth trajectory. Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to expand and strengthen our partner base. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of sourcing specialists. Build and maintain strategic relationships, negotiating agreements aligned with business objectives. Monitor demand versus availability, driving proactive sourcing initiatives. Manage RFPs, evaluate bids, and ensure competitive pricing and service delivery. Design and track performance KPIs to measure partner performance and pricing accuracy. Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to align sourcing with overall business goals. Leverage analytics, market insights, and AI tools to identify efficiencies and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Represent the organization with external stakeholders, advancing long-term strategic goals. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management. Demonstrated success building and managing partner networks and sourcing programs. Strong leadership background with experience managing high-performing teams. Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret market data. Familiarity with AI and advanced technologies to optimize sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in a dynamic environment.
