Partner closely with HRBPs and people managers on ER related matters, including advising on employee discipline, underperformance, terminations, reasonable accommodations, complex leave scenarios and other related matters.
Triage employee complaints to the appropriate workplace investigation teams and lend support and guidance for workplace investigations as needed.
Support HR/ER related training for people managers and HR.
Closely collaborate with employment counsel.
Work on ER related projects such as CMS implementation and usage, employee handbook and related policies, and procedure updates.

For Pay Transparency: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91,440 $164,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
