Summary Clinton High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. This full-time position requires an individual who is committed to fostering a love of literature and language among students while promoting critical thinking and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and academic growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with state standards and meet the diverse needs of students. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement, collaboration, and respect. Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and faculty regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events to contribute to the overall success of the school community. Support students in their academic and personal growth, providing guidance and resources as needed.
