Job Requirements:

• A BA in English , or a related field
• A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, State License, etc.)
• 2+ years of teaching experience in secondary or elementary English education
• A genuine passion for teaching English and engaging students
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to create an inclusive, dynamic, and supportive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities for the English Teacher:

1. Deliver Engaging English Lessons : Plan, implement, and assess English language lessons tailored to the American curriculum, helping students develop their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
2. Student Support : Create a safe and supportive environment where students feel encouraged to improve and grow in their English language abilities.
3. Curriculum Development : Contribute to the development of a modern, creative English curriculum that encourages students to think critically and express themselves clearly.
4. Parental Communication : Regularly communicate with parents to provide updates on student progress, celebrating achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
