Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an entry-level Insulator for their Canandaigua location. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, develop, and understand the skills required to be an efficient and effective insulator.

Summary:

For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Isaac is one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors and services over 35,000 clients a year. Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of insulation, spray foam, soffit and roof ventilation, and Whole House projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to all current customers.
• Ensure the insulation that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
• Utilize mobile devices and software to provide updates electronically to the customer’s order; and add and complete all transactions.

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience or coursework in construction, HVAC, or related industry preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Basic math skills

The starting base range for this position is $18.50 to $22 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
