This role focuses on managing and improving the ERP system, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.. Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the ERP system for manufacturing activities.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and improve efficiency.
• Work with inventory, procurement, and production teams to align materials and resources.
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, materials, or production setups.
• Prepare and present daily and periodic reports on efficiency and performance.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems .
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) .
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma , or APICS CPIM .
• 2+ years in production planning or scheduling .
• Experience with inventory management, forecasting , and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
