Experienced Underground Miner

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Experienced Underground Miner with our Goldrush Underground Production department. The successful candidate is responsible for being a team player adding to our already, diverse, yet rewarding working environment. The ideal candidate will possess a background in underground mining, and metals.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and effectively operate mining equipment
• Be expected to work in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of underground mining experience preferred
• Prior underground and/or equipment operation experience required
• Excellent safety, attendance and work records required
• Demonstrate initiative as a team member in a growing, fast-paced environment required
• Ability to communicate with all Mine Operations personnel required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision required
• Previous haul truck driver or equipment operation experience preferred
• The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
