We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Procedure Scheduler to join our administrative team in Golden, CO. This role is essential to ensuring smooth coordination of all procedures and testing appointments. You’ll be the central point of contact for patients, physicians, and lab staff—making a meaningful impact on patient care and operational efficiency.

*No experience needed, just Bachelors degree, will train

• 📅 Schedule procedures for both new and established patients.
• 🧪 Coordinate lab testing appointments and catheter lab procedures.
• 🫀 Manage all cardiovascular procedure scheduling across the company.
• 📧 Use Excel and Outlook Calendar to organize and track all appointments.
• 🗣️ Communicate and coordinate with catheterization lab physicians and staff.
• 📋 Verify patient demographics and insurance details.
• ☎️ Confirm all procedure appointments and provide patient education as needed.
• 🤝 Deliver courteous and compassionate service to patients, vendors, staff, and physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 6 months experience or an internship in a professional setting - know how to use outlook and basic calendar management, can show organization, professionalism, collaboration, ability to train in a new job
• Great typing skills and ability to use multiple systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel - will work in it daily, know how to filter/sort/use multiple tabs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
