• ASAC ‐ ongoing
• Clinic Monday ‐ Friday
• Night and weekend call
• 18 PPD on average
• 75% Hem and 25% Onc
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA Certificate
• BC
• KY license or IMLC
