Job Overview

ODonnell & Son Heating and Cooling Inc is seeking a skilled and versatile HVAC Service/Install Technician to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for installing a wide variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, from high-end custom home projects to commercial rooftops and VRF systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC system installations in residential and light commercial settings
• Install a variety of systems including ductwork, hydronics, mini-splits, traditional splits, VRF, and rooftop units
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely, quality workmanship
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Operate tools, equipment, and technology efficiently and responsibly
• Follow all company safety procedures and local HVAC codes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Proficiency in residential and light commercial systems
• Experience with hydronics, ductwork, VRF, rooftop units, and split systems
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
• Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently when needed
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Sheet metal, plumbing, and refrigeration licenses/certifications are encouraged but not required
• Valid driver's license required

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime as needed

Location

• Onsite throughout the greater service area based in the company's home region
• No routine long-distance travel expected
