Incident Manager with ServiceNow Experience
3 days per week onsite in any of these offices: Tempe, AZ; Irving, TX; Des Moines, IA; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA
$53.09/hr w2 + benefits
Incident Triage and Analysis: - Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact.
- Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.
Incident Response and Resolution: - Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.
Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain detailed records of incident details, response actions, and resolutions.
- Generate incident reports and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Escalation and Coordination: - Escalate incidents to higherlevel support or management as necessary.
- Collaborate with senior incident management personnel for complex or critical incidents.
Preventive Measures:- Participate in the development and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate future incidents.
- Contribute to the improvement of incident response processes and workflows.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: - Stay upto-date with industry best practices and emerging threats in incident management.
- Assist in the development of training materials and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Proven track record of cultivating and nurturing strong professional networks, adept at fostering meaningful relationships to drive collaborative success
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and react to changing priorities, having the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change
- Strong communications with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Adept at fostering collaborative relationships and adept at adapting communication style to diverse audience
- Focus on Business Incidents.

Pay Range: $50- $53.09/hr w2 + benefits
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
