Nomura's Investment Banking division provides an array of advisory and capital-raising solutions to corporations, financial institutions, governments, and public-sector organizations around the world. Role Description / Areas of Responsibility A Nomura Greentech Career is unlike any other, focused on collaborative learning experiences alongside our exceptional senior professionals. We are seeking high impact Investment Bankers to join Nomura Greentech and cover clients, develop our continuing thought leadership and execute transactions. Deal Execution: Work closely with clients and execution teams on live transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, financings, and derivative transactions Client Relationship Management: Produce and present ideas at client meetings as a member of a deal team alongside senior bankers Strategic Analysis: Through financial, structural, and business risk analysis, support transactions and client presentations New Business Development: Actively participate in the effort to pitch and win new mandates from clients, leverage proprietary content and generate value-additive ideas Team Management and Development: Manage analysts to execute deliverables for clients and support the training and mentoring of junior professionals Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required A min of 3 years Investment Banking experience Outstanding academic qualifications; strong GPA Passion for the business opportunities created by sustainable infrastructure, technology, and industrial disruption Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills Series 79 and 63, or willingness to sit for the exams required Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance Banking and Investment Banking Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Nomura by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Nomura
