As an Associate, you will gain hands‑on experience across all phases of the M&A process—from initial pitch through to closing—while working closely with senior bankers and clients. Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for: Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period. Conducting extensive industry, market, and company‑specific research. Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients. Investment Banking Associate should have the following qualifications: 3+ years within Investment Banking or Corporate Development. Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
