Job Description
Salary: $110,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters or MBA preferred
- Over 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proven track record in managing global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives
- Experience with IT due diligence and system integrations during mergers and acquisitions
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar), networking, and cloud-based solutions
- Ability to align technology with business strategy and drive cross-functional projects
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred experience working with international teams (U.S., Europe, and Asia)
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals and global operations
- Lead cybersecurity efforts, focusing on risk management, threat detection, incident response, and compliance with regulations
- Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, networking, system administration, and user support across multiple global locations
- Manage all elements of system integration and technology standardization during mergers and acquisitions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to spearhead digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency through technology
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and information security regulations, including GDPR and other relevant standards
- Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and collaboration tools
- Oversee vendor relationships, technology budgets, software licensing, and service-level agreements
- Create and uphold IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and reliability
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork
- Implement metrics and reporting tools to evaluate system performance and return on investment
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning to maintain system resilience
