Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 123,000 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in an IT-related field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
  • Certifications in relevant technology areas or equivalent experience
  • Over 5 years of leadership experience in managing IT teams and technology resources
  • Strong familiarity with network architecture, Microsoft Office 2010, and Mobile Device Management
  • In-depth knowledge of Gaming Operations
  • Proven ability to guide teams in a high-pressure environment to achieve successful outcomes
  • Excellent skills in administration, P&L management, technical problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Experience with Governance and Information Security frameworks including PCI, NIST, SOX, and Audit
  • Thorough understanding of help desk and support tools
  • Experience in Project Management, PCI compliance, and Help Desk Services
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical issues to diverse audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PC and server hardware, Windows operating systems, IBM iSeries hardware, networking technologies, databases, data warehousing, and advanced data analytics
  • Familiarity with ITIL standards and best practice implementation
  • Proven ability to provide direction and lead by example
  • Positive attitude with a proactive performance-based approach under challenging circumstances
  • Experience facilitating coordination with various casino departments and engaging with vendors and agencies
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee institutional technology strategies while managing the goals of the IT and management information departments
  • Analyze departmental needs and craft solutions to meet business objectives through process adjustments
  • Ensure optimal performance of Gaming Systems, Hotel Systems, Food & Beverage Systems, Golf Systems, Administration systems, Call Center systems, and Data Center facilities
  • Manage change effectively to ensure all system alterations are appropriately overseen
  • Oversee the integrity and stability of supported systems, ensuring timely problem resolution
  • Maintain service level agreements and act as the liaison with vendors
  • Stay informed about technological changes and gaming industry advancements to enhance competitive edge
  • Collaborate with management to create strategic plans, forecasts, and budgets for IT and MIS
  • Implement and uphold policies that reflect the organizations technical needs
  • Oversee the functionality of information processing systems and coordinate necessary upgrades
  • Assist business operations in leveraging information systems for improved efficiency
  • Ensure hardware and software are updated in line with organizational requirements
  • Develop disaster recovery strategies to maintain business continuity in the event of system failures
  • Expertly handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Adapt quickly to evolving situations or user demands
  • Engage with other departments to assess their needs and improve customer service perception
  • Complete other relevant tasks as assigned by the CEO
  • Uphold company service standards consistently
