Job Title: Junior CAD Designer
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

We’re seeking a Junior CAD Designer to join our Manhattan office. This role is ideal for a recent architecture graduate or an early-career professional (up to one year of experience) eager to build a strong foundation in design and production.
In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with senior architects and project managers to assist with the creation of design and construction documents for multifamily developments. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience through all stages of the design process while honing your technical and creative skills in a supportive, collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Assist in developing design presentations, construction documents, and permit submissions
• Coordinate with consultants and team members to maintain design accuracy and consistency
• Participate in site visits and perform field measurements as needed
• Contribute to project organization, documentation, and model management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
• Familiarity with NYC building codes and multifamily housing design is a plus
