Were representing a growing lifestyle brand seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative team. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where design plays a central role in shaping brand identity and customer experience.

Youll partner closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling creative assets across digital, social, and print touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency and thrives in a team that deeply values design quality and creative storytelling.

Title : Junior Graphic Designer

Location : 4 days a week, onsite in Beverly Hills, CA

Compensation : Up to $95k in base + Benefits

Key Focus Areas:

  • Support the Senior Designer in creating on-brand assets across web, email, social, and packaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure a cohesive visual experience
  • Manage design timelines using Asana and assist with project coordination
  • Contribute fresh ideas that elevate the brands visual identity and tone
  • Participate in ongoing brand development projects, including a comprehensive brand bible initiative

What Were Looking For:

  • 3-4+ years of graphic design experience within a lifestyle, fashion, or beauty brand (DTC experience strongly preferred)
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or 3D design experience is a plus
  • Portfolio demonstrating a refined, contemporary aesthetic aligned with modern consumer brands (think Rhode, Summer Fridays, SKIMS, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of composition, color, and typography; able to produce polished, dimensional work beyond templates
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
