Lead Generator
Summary
The Lead Generator is responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers in-store, with the goal of scheduling in-home consultations for flooring or tile installation services. This role will be responsible for initiating conversations with customers already in the store, generating interest in our services, and setting appointments for the in-home sales team. In addition to in-person interactions, the Lead Generator will also conduct follow-up phone calls and is expected to meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and carry 15-20 lbs. (i.e. laptop, monitor) in order to move it as needed.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This position is primarily based in a retail store environment, which may include interaction with customers on the sales floor, standing or waling for extended periods, and occasional movement throughout the store. The noise level is generally moderate, with background music, customer conversation, and store activity.
