Assistant Property Manager – Affordable Housing (LIHTC)

Location: Yarmouth, MA

Looking to make an impact in affordable housing? Join BGSF for a contract/temporary assignment as an Assistant Property Manager at a LIHTC community. This is a great opportunity to use your property management expertise and help residents thrive!

Pay & Schedule:

• $23/hr
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations of an affordable housing property
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other regulatory requirements
• Process applications, certifications, and renewals
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents
• Support leasing and occupancy goals

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management and affordable housing required
• LIHTC knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
