Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will assist in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of skin conditions under the supervision of a dermatologist. This role includes both medical and cosmetic dermatology responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dermatologic assessments and skin exams.
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and benign/malignant lesions.
• Conduct minor procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, suture removal).
• Assist in surgical dermatology and post-operative care.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on skincare, prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Document patient histories and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Active Florida PA license and NCCPA certification.
• Minimum 1 year of dermatology experience (medical or cosmetic).
• Proficiency in office-based dermatology procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, laser treatments).
• Familiarity with EMR systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
