Are you a skilled, experienced construction professional looking to lead and build with purpose? We’re looking for a Master Carpenter to join our team and take charge of high-quality residential and commercial projects from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee a variety of construction projects from start to finish
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Perform advanced carpentry, masonry, framing, drywall, concrete, and finishing work
• Supervise and train junior crew members
• Ensure projects meet safety codes, timelines, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and efficient job site

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on construction experience
• Deep knowledge of tools, materials, and modern building techniques
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Certifications (OSHA, etc.) are a plus
