Job Description The Multifamily Superintendent is expected to:
- Manage all phases of construction for multifamily affordable housing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any on-site challenges.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to affordable housing construction.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status and performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant A successful Multifamily Affordable Housing Superintendent should have:
- A strong background in construction management, particularly in multifamily affordable housing projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and construction documents.
- Proven problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
