We’re hiring EE98J Journeymen, Solar Installers, Laborers, and a Heavy Equipment Operator for our project in the White Sands area — and we’re only interested in people who show up, work hard, and get the job done . If you can’t commit to commuting to the worksite every day and putting in real effort, this isn’t for you.
This project demands tough, reliable, no-excuses workers who can handle nonstop construction duties and keep pushing even when the job gets intense. If you’re a self-starter , thrive on competition , and take pride in helping your crew succeed, then we want you on our team — and we’ll pay the right people what they’re worth .
