Elevare Branding is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production operations and ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. This role plays a vital part in coordinating resources, assisting production workflows, and supporting on-site and off-site activities to maintain high operational standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where precision and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily production operations and logistical coordination
Support production teams before, during, and after projects
Prepare materials, equipment, and documentation for production activities
Coordinate schedules and assist with task tracking
Ensure work areas remain organized and compliant with operational standards
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution
Provide general administrative and on-site support as needed
Strong organizational and time management skills
