• This person needs to be  E-Verify, bilingual , detail oriented and able to meet production goals.
• First Shift
• Temp to Hire 
• We need somebody that can work in a fast-paced environment
• That can also move heavy objects
• Clime and work under the machine to clean or removed stock items.
• Needs to be able to cover for a machine operator so it needs to have all the qualification.
• Needs to have experience in Manufacturing/Production areas…
• Maintain staff by orienting and training employees; and developing personal growth opportunities
• Accomplish staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing & enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the group in a production environment
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; and adhering to legal regulations
• Complete operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; and implementing new procedures
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Accomplishes department objectives by organizing and monitoring work processes
• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision
• Monitor employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
