Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support including phones, reports, scheduling, and correspondence.
Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
Process invoices, expense reports, and tenant billing; assist with rent collections and reconciliations.
Manage shipping systems, office supplies, signage, and parking records.
Support lease administration, compliance tracking, and emergency planning documentation.
Coordinate meetings, events, and conference room reservations.
Maintain vendor records, service logs, and building permits.
Assist with onboarding new hires and serve as backup for receptionist and security access systems.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of property management, facilities, or administrative support experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with invoice and calendar systems.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $20-24/hr.
