Property Manager

Full-Time | On-Site: Lancaster, PA

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of our residential and commercial property portfolio. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excels at building strong relationships with tenants and vendors alike.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, occupancy remains high, and all operations are compliant with property laws and regulations. If you have a passion for real estate, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational aspects of assigned properties
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate timely maintenance
  • Maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants and vendors
  • Advertise and lease vacant units to minimize downtime
  • Negotiate and manage service contracts and leases
  • Collect rent, manage accounts receivable, and control operating expenses
  • Develop annual budgets and track financial performance
  • Prepare and present regular financial and operational reports
  • Ensure full compliance with all property management laws and regulations
  • Support business growth by cultivating relationships with prospective tenants

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
  • Strong knowledge of property management regulations and financial principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
