Location: New York, NY
Start Date/Locum Assignment Details:
- April-Ongoing Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)
- Will accept 3-5 days per week
- 3 month locum assignment w/ option to extend
Job Details:
- Outpatient Community Health Center in NYC
- Behavior Health Unit 100% Remote work from home Telehealth
- Typical cases: Evaluations, Medication Management, and Therapy
- Provider can work from anywhere in the country as long as they have an active NY state License and DEA
- Average 10-12 patients/day
- Adults only
- EMR: eClinical Works
- Support Staff: BH Specialists, Psych NP s, and office staff
- Credentialing: 30 Days
- Require: Board Certified, NY license, DEA, NY Medicare/Medicaid
