RN - Labor and Delivery Nurse - Women's Health / Birthing Center

Full-Time - 36 Hours / Competitive Pay / Excellent Benefits + Sign-On Bonus Eligible

This full-time RN position on the day shift offers the opportunity to care for expectant mothers and newborns in a supportive, team-oriented environment that welcomes over 1,200 births annually.


Qualifications:

• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Current RN license in Indiana or multi-state compact license (NLC)
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• At least 2 years of labor and delivery or birthing center experience preferred
• Able to lift/move over 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on your feet
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Passionate about maternal-newborn health and family-centered care

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
• Monitor fetal and maternal vitals and intervene as necessary
• Assist OB providers and care teams during births and procedures
• Offer patient education and emotional support to new families
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in the EMR
• Work 3×12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM-7:30 PM) with weekend/holiday rotations
