Job Description

/ Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive design systems and global components in Figma to ensure consistency across projects.
• Create and refine user experiences with a focus on intuitive interface design, layout, and visual coherence.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and align with project budgets and timelines.
• Design responsive interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
• Design landing pages and ad assets for campaigns 
• Organize and prepare design assets for smooth handoff to development teams.
• Participate in meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge visual solutions.

/ Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong expertise in Figma, particularly in managing and creating design systems.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating your skills in digital design, including live website examples.
• Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to clients and team members.
• Experience working within diverse industries such as retail, financial, travel, or healthcare is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time contract
Weekly Hours: Up to 20 hours
Compensation: $40-75/hr based on experience
