We’re seeking an experienced and creative Activities Director to lead engaging programs that improve our residents' quality of life. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities Tailor programs to meet individual resident needs Supervise volunteers, students, and staff involved in activities Oversee transportation and resident safety during outings Maintain and post a monthly calendar of events Ensure compliance with all MDH and state regulations Support grant-based programs (e.g., BINGOCISE, Second Wind Dreams) Participate in leadership weekend rotations Required Qualifications Must be a qualified professional who meets one of the following : Certified or eligible as a therapeutic recreation specialist or activities professional 2+ years of experience in recreation / social programs (1 year in therapeutic setting) Licensed occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant Graduate of a State-approved training course #J-18808-Ljbffr Terrace at Crystal
