Pay range from $23 to $25/hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience.

As a Business Office Manager at Country Meadows, you will assist with maintaining a professional business office to facilitate smooth operation of the center. You will prepare and distribute monthly statements for each resident, organize and maintain resident and employee files, track resident charges and performs billing functions; performs payroll-related functions and assists with benefits administration. We are seeking individuals who value the company of older adults, hold high standards for quality service and appreciate meeting new people all while enjoying themselves.

Full-time 9:00am-5:00pm

The Business Office Manager opportunity will require to work every 4th weekend and every 4th holiday.

The Business Office Manager opportunity will require being part of campus manager on duty rotation (11am to 7pm)

Business Office Manager Requirements:

  • Prior office experience is required: capable of operating computer, copier, postage meter, fax machine, call system, intercom and telephone system.
  • Prefer experience with interviewing, training, supervising and evaluating.
  • High school diploma or GED
