About the Role:
The Home Health Registered Nurse Supervisor/Case Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to patients in their homes. This position involves overseeing nursing staff, coordinating patient care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The supervisor will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to assess needs and implement effective care strategies.
